The technician diagnoses the cause, fixes it and confirms with a test run. PTS can provide emergency support or work by appointment, depending on the impact on production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Major overhaul<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For machines with many years of service, declining accuracy or several assemblies deteriorating at the same time. PTS surveys the machine, draws up the list of work items, dismantles and inspects, replaces or reconditions parts and re-aligns the whole machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Typical work completed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Major overhaul of flexo printers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full repair and maintenance of flexo printers: dismantling and inspection of the feeding unit, print units and drive train; replacement of worn parts and re-alignment of the machine.
