Survey and method statement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The machine is surveyed at its current position and the new site is checked: access, floor load capacity, building height, power and compressed air. A plan is prepared covering dismantling, lifting equipment, transport sequence and schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Condition record and marking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Machine condition is recorded before dismantling, and joints, cable ends and pipework are marked so that re-assembly is accurate and there is a reference for acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Test run and handover<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No-load and production test runs are carried out, the machine is adjusted until it meets requirements and it is handed over to production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combining maintenance and repair with the move<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a relocation the machine is already dismantled, which makes it easy to inspect assemblies that are hard to reach in normal conditions. Customers can combine <a href=\"https:\/\/pts-vietnam.com\/en\/?p=6292\">maintenance<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pts-vietnam.com\/en\/?p=6294\">repair<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/pts-vietnam.com\/en\/?p=6296\">upgrading<\/a> with the move to avoid another shutdown.
