The solvent recovery unit distils dirty solvent into clean solvent for reuse in the plate washer.<\/p>\n
Dirty solvent is heated by closed-circuit thermal oil until it evaporates; the solvent vapour is condensed into clean solvent and the polymer residue stays in the vessel. The machine meets Ex-d IIB T4 explosion protection. Batch volume 30 \u2013 200 litres, capacity 15 \u2013 40 litres\/hour, recovery rate 95 %.<\/p>\n
