Steel doctor blade

The blade can be moved up and down and its angle is easily adjusted. Doctor blade pressure is controlled by twin air cylinders, and a motor-driven gear provides the oscillating movement of the blade. Using a good-quality doctor blade correctly extends plate life and reduces print waste. It is well suited to solid and white colours and works on a wide range of presses from 60 m/min to 130 m/min.

The steel doctor blade range is for gravure and flexo presses. It is produced under strict quality control from incoming material through blade grinding to final inspection. Long experience and know-how go into the smallest details of the product.
