Slotter (semi-automatic rotary slotter) for corrugated boxes

This machine is a semi-automatic rotary slotter used to slot, cut the glue flap and crease corrugated box blanks from sheets coming off the corrugator or printer. The operator places the blank on the feed table and the rotating knife discs cut the slots at the set spacing.

It suits box plants that need a stand-alone slotter with flexible blank sizes and a lower investment than an automatic printer slotter.

Machine overview

The machine consists of a feed table, a creasing shaft section and a slotting shaft section with knife discs that slide along the shaft to change slot spacing for each box size. Maximum slot depth is 350 mm; it handles board 3–11 mm thick in A, B, C, E flute and AB double wall.
