Configuration & Working Principle

The machine operates in a fully automatic sequence:

Feeding → Alignment → Pre-breaking → Folding → Gluing → Compression → Counting → Delivery

Main Sections:

Feeder:

7 belts (including vacuum suction belts) ensure stable feeding
Equipped with vibration system and dust removal brush for consistent performance

Side Alignment:

Ensures accurate sheet positioning at high speed

Pre-breaking & Pre-folding:

Pre-folding of 1st and 3rd crease (180° / 165°) for better box forming and easier filling

Gluing System:

Standard dual lower gluing pots
Optional non-contact gluing system for high-end products

Final Folding & Correction:

Independently adjustable left/right belts for higher accuracy

Compression Section:
