Working Principle

• Carton blanks are automatically fed into the gluing position
• A disc gluing system applies adhesive accurately to the flap area
• Products are transferred onto a longitudinal conveyor
• Operators stand along the line to pick, fold, and glue the boxes manually
• After reaching the required stack quantity, products are moved to a pneumatic pressing table to hold firmly while the glue dries

During pressing time, operators continue working on the next products.

Flexible Labor Arrangement

Depending on box size, product complexity, and production target, the line can operate with:

• 2–3 operators for simple products
• 4–6 operators for medium production
• 8–10 operators for high output demand

Automatic Jam Prevention

If products move faster than operators can process them, and glued blanks reach the end of the conveyor without being removed, the system will automatically stop feeding to prevent pile-up and glue waste.

Main Advantages

1. Flexible for Many Box Types

Suitable for different sizes, shapes, and frequently changing orders.

2. High Bonding Accuracy

Manual folding allows operators to adjust alignment and correct issues caused by crease lines or warped board.

3. Flexible Workforce Planning

The number of operators can be increased or reduced according to delivery schedule.

4. Stable Glue Application

The disc gluing system provides accurate control of glue position, width, and quantity.

Ideal for Companies That Need:

• Many small or mixed carton box orders
• Products difficult for fully automatic folder gluers
• Higher productivity with reasonable investment cost
• A practical combination of automation and manual operation
