WHAT PROBLEMS DOES THIS MACHINE SOLVE?

MACHINE CONFIGURATION
Feeder: Vacuum-suction bottom feed, inverter-controlled; electrically adjustable feed rollers; movable rear stop with sheet tail support (up/down); two pneumatic side pushers (left/right), independently synchronized adjustment.

Side Positioning: Electrostatic stainless-steel conveyor belt; differential sheet feeding curve — speed reduces when sheet touches front stop, ensuring accuracy of ±0.5 mm; left/right side guides with fine mechanical adjustment.

Diecutting Unit (Flatbed Die-Cutting): Optimized crank–worm gear drive system; lower platen stroke of 95 mm handles thick AB flute effectively; maximum cutting force of 400 tons; 8 alloy gripper bars with 12 grippers/bar; automatic circulating lubrication.

Stripping: Upper stripping frame lifts 400 mm for wide working clearance; electric hoist for frame suspension; optional lower stripping system.

Output: Products are stacked in counted bundles (Bundle output), suitable for continuous quality control and integrated downstream packaging lines.

Electrical & Control: PLC-controlled operation and fault alarm; CE electrical standard; optional remote control.
