A3 plate washer – small-format benchtop flexo plate washer

The A3 plate washer is a small-format photopolymer plate washer with a compact benchtop design. It is used for small plates, sample plates, repair plates and plates for carton and label printing, without having to run a large-format washer.

It washes with a mild water-based solution or bio-solvent, and suits small plate rooms or use as a secondary machine alongside the main platemaking line.

Machine overview

The machine has a small washout chamber with brushes, for plate sizes from 100 × 150 mm to 350 × 500 mm (A3+). Washout time is 5 – 10 minutes per plate. Compact benchtop design, simple to install.
