Types of upgrade and retrofit
Functional upgrades for flexo printers
Functional units on an existing flexo printer are added or modified to improve print quality, stability and ease of operation. The specific items are proposed for each machine after a site survey. See our flexo printing machines to compare configurations.
Mechanical retrofits
Mechanical assemblies that are no longer suitable are replaced, re-machined or redesigned; accuracy can be restored during the same shutdown.
Electrical, control and automation upgrades
Control systems, drives, sensors and operator interfaces are replaced or retrofitted for better stability, easier maintenance and better parts availability.
Line improvements
Auxiliary equipment is added, process steps are linked and machines are repositioned to reduce intermediate handling. This work is often combined with our factory layout planning service.

- Maximum preparation and pre-fabrication to shorten downtime at the plant.
