Scope of installation work
1. Site survey and preparation
The machine position is checked against the layout, together with access routes into the plant, foundations, power supply, compressed air, steam and related utilities. Any items that do not yet meet requirements are reported so the customer can complete them before the machine arrives.
2. Receiving, unloading and positioning
Lifting and unloading are organised so that machine sections enter the plant in assembly order; centre lines are marked and sections are positioned according to the layout drawing.
3. Mechanical assembly and alignment
Machine sections are joined, levelled and aligned for concentricity and parallelism; operating platforms, safety guards and parts removed for transport are fitted.
4. Electrical, pneumatic and control connections
Cabling, connection of electrical cabinets, sensors, motors and pneumatic systems; signals and rotation directions are checked before power-up for the test run.
5. Test run, adjustment and handover
No-load and production test runs are carried out and the machine is adjusted until it meets the technical requirements. Operators are instructed in operation and basic maintenance, and an acceptance record is signed.
Capability and track record
The PTS technical team has more than 15 years of experience in packaging machinery and production technology, with the following track record:
- More than 150 automatic die cutters and die cutting / hot foil stamping machines installed and maintained in Vietnam and abroad, in a wide range of sizes and technologies.
- More than 50 flexo printers from 3 to 7 colours installed and currently under PTS care, covering various technologies.
- More than 50 automatic folder gluers installed and currently under PTS care, from small format for offset and litho-laminated cartons to large format for corrugated boxes.
